The advantage of using UPS
is that packages are trackable and are
insured - therefore, we will assume
responsibility for delivery. For
proper UPS delivery, please provide
a street address (no P.O. boxes please). U.S. Postal Service Priority and Media
Mail (Bookrate) shipping options are
available as well, and can be delivered
to P.O. boxes.
Orders may be picked up in our store or will be shipped when complete. By
default, we will ship an order when
it is complete. If you prefer
to have your items shipped as they become
available, please let us know in the
"Other Special Instructions" box on
page 2 of our shopping basket. You will be charged shipping for each
package sent; these additional shipping
charges will not be included in the
total charges listed on your Final Confirmation
page.
At this time, international shipping
charges are calculated on a case-by-case
basis. If you would like an estimate
prior to ordering, please email us at inquiry@northshire.com for details on shipment to your area. In order to complete your order on our
site, choose the "International"
option on the shipping pull-down menu,
with the understanding that we will
contact you for confirmation with the
correct shipping charges for your location
before shipping out your order.
When filling out the customer information
on Step 2 of our order form, fill in
as many blanks as appropriate, putting
xxxx's in ones that are not. Then,
please be sure to include any additional
address information in the "Other Special
Instructions" box at the bottom of the

We will gladly exchange or refund the purchase
price of any merchandise returned to us in
good condition. All merchandise returned should
be accompanied by a sales receipt or a printout
of your order confirmation screen or email. Items returned without one of these items
will receive store credit or exchange.
Purchases from our used books
and vinyl collections can be returned within
10 working days for a full refund. Please
